The 4ExForces web site is provided free of charge to serving and ex serving members of the Armed Forces to enable them to register their future career interests, upload CVs and learn about courses and other information that may be relevant to them and their future lives.

Terms of Use

Access to and use of this site (4exforces.org) is provided by 3Inity Staffing Ltd subject to the following terms:

1. By using 4exforces.org you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of 4exforces.org. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use 4exforces.org.

2. 3Inity Staffing Ltd may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by 3Inity Staffing Ltd. Your continued use of 4exforces.org after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

6. Under no circumstances will the 3Inity Staffing Ltd be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of 4exforces.org regardless of the form of action.

7. 3Inity Staffing Ltd does not warrant that functions contained in 4exforces.org content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that 4exforces.org or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs.

8. The names, images and logos identifying 4ExForces or third parties and their products and services are subject to the copyright, design rights and trade mark rights of 3Inity Staffing Ltd. Nothing contained in these terms shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of 3Inity Staffing Ltd or any other third party.

    Uploading to 4exforces. org

9. By uploading your CV to 4exforces.org you are conferring a right to 3Inity Staffing Ltd and its affiliated companies to match your qualifications and personal details to prospective employer requirements if and when the need arises without further reference to yourself. You further warrant that the details contained i are true and that 4ExForces is at liberty to verify such elements of the CV where they see fit or where necessary to progress discussions with any potential employer without further reference to yourself. 4ExForces makes no guarantees whatsoever that they will be able to find employment for you. 4ExForces will use the CV only for the express purpose of canvassing employment opportunities for you and the details will be passed to no other third party where this is not the case. If you do not want to grant to the 4ExForces the rights set out above, please do not submit your CV to 4exforces. org.

    About the law:

• You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature to 4exforces.org. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio.

• Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited.

• You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trade mark, trade secrets, privacy, publicity, personal or proprietary rights.

    If you breach these Terms of Use:

    General

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
