Why do we have a privacy policy?
4exforces is committed to the privacy for all the users who accesses the site.
The Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998 have certain requirements which we
must abide by.
What data do we collect?
4exforces collects personal data about you for recruitment purposes. This data
includes items of information such as your name, address, e-mail address,
telephone number. Essentially, it is all the data that is supplied by yourself
during the signup process.
Why do we collect personal data?
We store your personal data to help you with your search for work by passing
personal data supplied to prospective employers. With your consent, we may also
use it to provide you with information on products and services that we believe
may be of interest to you.
Do we pass data to third parties?
If you give us express consent during the signup process, we may pass data to
third parties that help us process data, and may be interested in offering
products of services to you. We retain the right to pass data supplied during
signup to third parties who have the sole intention of providing
employment-related services to you.
What happens if we change our policy?
Our policies undergo a cycle of continuous development. If we make any major
changes to these documents that we feel are important to you, we will contact
you regarding them.
What are 'cookies' and why do we use them?
Cookies are ways of saving a small amount of account information to your

How do you delete your account?
Login to your account then follow the "view / edit profile" link. In this
section, follow the "delete account" link. In doing so, you will no longer
benefit from the services 4Exforces offers, and you will no longer be able to
login to the website. If at any time you wish to re-activate your account, you
must sign up again.
Can you gain access to this data?
If you are the data subject, you are legally entitled to obtain a copy of this
data. If you wish to obtain a copy of the data that we are processing about
you, you must contact the data contoller in the
first instance. Please note that we will require verification of your
identification before releasing any data. There is a £3 fee for this service.
Terminology
Data - processed information.
Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 - these are the Acts of Parliament which set
out principles relating to the use of data to ensure that the rights of the
person who is the subject of the data are protected under the law.
Personal data - information about an individual.
Privacy policy - this is a statement by 4exforces which explains how we store
and use data.
4exforces - Exforces company providing a recruitment service. Often referred to
as "we" and "us" in this document.
Third Parties - these are companies and people other than 4exforces.
Users - people who use our website and register their details with us, either to
gain employment or for the purposes of advertising and recruiting new staff.
